PRIVACY POLICY
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All personal information is collected solely for order processing, shipping, and customer support. We do not share your data with third parties, except for essential services like payment processing and shipping. Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data upon request.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Orders are placed exclusively via our official website. Payment is made via bank transfer (IBAN transaction).
After completing an order, you will receive an email with payment instructions and a summary of your purchase. Once we receive payment, your order will be processed and shipped. You will also receive an official invoice via email.
SHIPPING POLICY
After we receive the payment, your order will be shipped. Delivery time is between 3 and 10 business days. Our shipping provider is GLS, and the shipping fee is 4.35 € for Croatia, 6.35 € for the rest of the EU. We deliver across the entire EU.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have the right to a 14-day return period, as per EU consumer protection laws.
The customer covers the return shipping costs. To request a return, email us at info@shelbyandco.hr with your order details.
Personalized products and custom-made items cannot be returned, in accordance with EU law on withdrawal rights.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@shelbyandco.hr, and we will provide a solution.
